12/10F-M Slurry Pump is a proven horizontal end suction centrifugal slurry pump that will reliably and economically handle abrasive and corrosive medium duty services, The 12/10F-M medium slurry pumps are of heavy-duty construction, designed for continuous pumping of highly abrasive and corrosive slurries. They feature a wide choice of replaceable abrasion resistant metal casting liners and Impellers, which are all interchangeable within a common casting assembly.


Design Features:

√ Wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of a one-piece volute liner with no radial split at the cutwater
√ Front and back liners are adjustable while the pump is running to maintain efficiency and minimize wear; also reduces expeller clearance maintaining shaft seal performance
√ Internal liners can be fully worn as the cast iron split outer casing provides structural integrity and high operating pressure capability
√ Safe closed valve operation is assured by the pressure relief device fitted as standard on all models
√ An easily removable hardened steel or ceramic coated steel shaft sleeve with o-ring seals at both ends protects the shaft from abrasive or corrosive contaminants
√ Reduced and simplified inventory is assured with a minimum number of wearing parts
√ Reduced seal pressure and internal recirculation is achieved by the pressure molded deep sealing vanes on the front and back of the impellers
√ Extended bearing life is assisted by large diameter flingers and static seals to prevent ingress of liquids while operating and while stopped
√ Grease relief holes prevent bearing overheating due to over greasing
√ The best material for each application can be chosen from the wide range of erosion and corrosion resistant materials, enabling wear life optimization of each component
