Structures:
FQW series of mine pneumatic submersible sewage pumps are mainly composed of pump body, air motor and flow parts.
1, pump body parts: divided into the upper and lower two Chambers, the middle with a seal ring will be separated from the air and water. The sealing ring adopts spring sealing, and uses the pressure of air and water to make the high-pressure air and water enter the inner wall of the upper and lower sealing rings respectively to make the inner wall rise and enhance the sealing effect.
2. Pneumatic motor: composed of rotor, turbine, bearing, etc. The rotor is driven by compressed air and stroke by a turbine to work at high speed.
3. Flow parts: composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, suction, pump seat, etc. The impeller is installed on the shaft of the rotor in the lower chamber of the housing, and the compressed air is sent from the inlet. The rotor drives impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the water in the impeller is pressed into the water vortex passage of the housing and discharged along the outlet pipe.
