YB80 YB Self priming type rotary vane pump Description

YB rotary slide vane pump is an efficient and reliable fluid conveying equipment, especially suitable for low-speed and high flow transmission scenarios, and performs well in harsh working environments such as high pressure difference and suction stroke

1. It adopts ductile iron and self-lubricating vane structure, which can transmit viscous and volatile liquids, and has lower power consumption compared to similar pumps.

2. The pump adopts a revolutionary cam design that can effectively eliminate cavitation, and significantly extend its service life through the use of new cam, blade materials, and heavy-duty bearings

3. Its single mechanical seal design makes maintenance and replacement simple and convenient, while the large-sized non-metallic push rod supports high-speed rotation of the pump

In addition to the above characteristics, YB series slide pumps are widely used in various occasions such as conveying corrosive chemical media, liquefied petroleum gas, petroleum products, etc

Some models are also equipped with safety relief valves, which can ensure the safety of the pump and system in case of sudden shutdown of the outlet system, while preventing motor overload.

Pump can be directed coupled to the electric motor or through V-belt to motor.

 

YB rotary vane pump is a positive displacement pump, whose core structure includes an eccentric rotor, stator, vane, and flow distribution component. Liquid transportation is achieved through the sealing cooperation between the vane and stator.

Rotor: Eccentrically installed inside the pump body, it drives the sliding vane to move when rotating. 

Stator: The inner surface is a specific curved surface (such as an ellipse), forming a sealed cavity with the rotor. 

Sliding vane: embedded in the rotor slot, tightly attached to the inner wall of the stator under centrifugal force or mechanical thrust, and slides with the rotation of the rotor. 

working principle

Oil suction stage: The rotation of the rotor increases the volume of the sealing chamber, creating negative pressure to suck in liquid. 

Oil pressure stage: The volume of the sealing chamber decreases, and the liquid is squeezed out. 

Distribution structure: Separate the oil suction area from the oil pressure area through a distribution plate or sealing block to prevent backflow. 

Material and Performance

Material: Ductile iron rotor with self-lubricating blades, suitable for conveying viscous or volatile liquids.
