Structure: Closed coupling and shaft coupling type

Fiber glass reinforced plastic centrifugal pump has two structures of closed coupling type and shaft coupling type (the pump is driven by the motor through a claw type elastic coupling.). Closed coupled type fiber glass centrifugal pump has the small volume, light weight and mobile convenience. Two structures have high degree of standardization, parts commonality, good interchangeability and the maintenance is very convenient.

 

Pump material: FRP (Fiber glass)

The flow components are made of polyvinyl butadiene (PVA) and modified phenolic glass fiber by high temperature molding, which have good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, light weight, high specific strength and no deformation, etc

Fiber glass centrifugal pump can partially replace precious metals pumps such as aluminum stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloy pumps.

 

Mechanical seal( WB2 Type)

Shaft seal: It adopts WB2 outside mounting type F4 bellows mechanical seal with reliable sealing performance and long service time.

 

Rotation direction of pump

Rotation direction of the pump: The pump is rotating clockwise from the motor end. The pump is for horizontal structure and it can also be made into a vertical structure called vertical glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline pump.

 

Applications:

Horizontal FRP fiber glass centrifugal pump is mainly used in petrochemical, smelting, dye, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, rare earth, fertilizer and other industries. It is a necessary and ideal equipment to transport non-oxidizing acids (Hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) and other corrosive media without solid particles, which are not easy to crystallize and whose temperature is not higher than 100℃.
