IHF fluorine plastic liner pump is a single-stage single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump. IHF fluorine plastic liner pump is designed in accordance with international standards and combined with the processing process design of non-metallic pumps. The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, no toxin decomposition, wide use temperature, conveying medium temperature of -85℃-200℃ and so on.
IHF fluoroplastic-lined centrifugal pump is designed according to international standards. The pump body is lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46).The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are all made of metal lined with fluorine plastic integrated sintering and pressing, and the shaft seal is made of externally installed bellows mechanical seal. Static ring is made of 99.9%(alumina ceramics or silicon nitride) and dynamic ring is filled with tetrafluoride. The seal is the corrosion-resistant and wear-resisting seal and the seal performance is superior and reliable.
This pump is suitable for conveying any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, water, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent and other harsh conditions of strong corrosive media. IHF fluorine plastic liner pump is one of the world's new corrosion resistance equipment. The pump has the advanced and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable work, low noise, long service life etc.
