QZB500 QZB Submersible axial flow pump Description

QZB  axial flow submersible pump and QHB mixed flow pump are the developed electric pump unit. They have some advantages than other electric pumps.

As the motor and water pump consist of a whole and installation is convenient and fast, The pump can save installation field and 95% installation time.

The motor is submerged for operation and has good cooling conditions, no high temperature in the pump station, low noise, can be built into underground pump station, maintain the appearance of the ground environment, greatly simplify the pump station geotechnical and architectural structure engineering, reduce the installation area, save the project cost of 30-40%

The submersible motor adopts double, triple mechanical seal and auxiliary seal structure, F class temperature resistant 155C insulation, protection grade IP68.And a sealing leakage, winding and bearing temperature rising detection device is set in the motor

The detection signal is fed back in the monitoring room of the electric control cabinet, which is easy to operate and realize automatic control and remote control.

Structure description
