LG55-1 Vertical submerged single screw pump Description

Vertical screw pump

LG type vertical single screw pump compared with horizontal single screw pump, the difference is that in order to meet the special needs and lengthen the universal connecting shaft and equipped with corresponding vertical pump body. LG Vertical single screw pump can be installed directly on the pumping of containers or fixed on a wall.

It is specially used for transporting high viscosity and the occasion need for self-priming. This kind of pump is with less parts, compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance. Rotor and stator are the wearing parts of the pump and with simple structure, easy to assemble and disassemble.  It can be equipped with variable speed transmission or variable frequency motor according to different media requirements of customers, and the motor speed and output flow can be adjusted.

Pumped medium:

1, Fluids with solid particle or fiber etc. impurities. The size of the solid particle is relative with the pump eccentric (E) rotor. 

2, solid concentration by volume concentration, up to 40% (such as powder particles up to 70%). 

3, the fiber length is related to the lead of each type of pump "rotor", allowing the longest fiber medium viscosity up to 1,000,000 mPas (CP) material can be effectively transported.  The vertical single screw pump has self-suction/self-priming characteristics: can suck liquid media for self - suction through the pipeline. Suction height is up to 6-8.5 meters.  The pump in the infusion at the same time, can have also stepless adjustment of gas (gas) operation (the user of a variety of gas and bactericidal gas and other supplement or synthesis into the medium).  The pump can convey the medium and solve various components into the medium during the conveying.

 According to the working condition, the different pumps can be manufactured such as vertical, oblique type, movable small truck type pumps. 

 The pump has few parts, and the structure is not complex, so it is easy to disassemble and maintain.

The pump has stator (an elastic body) and rotor which is made of metal material, so the pump cannot be in the state of no medium for dry operation and it will damage the hydraulic parts of the pump.

The output pressure: 0.6MPA-2.4MPA (60m-240m)

Normal temperature is up 80 Celsius degree, Higher temperature pump can be specially manufactured. 

Pump body material: carbon steel, stainless steel (SS304, SS316, SS316L etc) can be manufactured according to the pumped medium.
